  • All orders are processed as soon as possible after receiving the order ,however the estimated delivery date of the order will be clearly mentioned with the product description as the estimated delivery time of each product may vary as each products are coming from different warehouses to the destination.
  • During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to UK only. However, we can ship across the world as per the needs of our customers .
International delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

7. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  1. Please check your tracking details.
  2. Contact the courier with your tracking number.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors provided during checkout.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please email [aurafashionsuk@gmail.com] within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If a parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund once confirmed by the carrier.
