We want you to love your style, fashion, and elegance. Customer satisfaction has always been our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you purchase online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product or fashion accessories; however, the customer needs to notify us of the cancellation or return by filling the contact form (attached top menu bar) within 3 days after receiving the product, as it helps us assist you better. You then have another 30 days to return the item to us for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us after receiving the returned item

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer an exchange or shopping voucher within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact. The products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for replacement, return, or refund.

EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene and bespoke reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings (due to pierced ears), jewellery sets that include earrings, custom-made or personalised jewellery, items altered, engraved, or resized at your request, unless they are faulty or not as described.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. We recommend using a tracked and insured postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your products are faulty, damaged, or not as described,
Please contact and notify us by filling the contact form attached within 3 days after the delivery, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible for the further proceedings.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned product as per the conditions, we will inspect its status and then will notify you whether the refund has been approved for the replacement or refund. If approved initially, you will receive the full amount you paid in the form of a shopping voucher valid for 90 days (you may use the voucher to shop for any other products from Aura within the mentioned time frame). If you prefer a direct refund to your account, the entire process of the refund or replacement may take 7-14 working days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and return shipping costs are non-refundable, the buyer has to pay the postage fee for the return.
